Return Policy. You may return fully sealed QZQTM bottles for any reason for a full refund* within sixty (60) days of purchase.
*Applicable fees for return shipping/handling may be deducted from your final refund total. If merchandise was damaged during shipment to you, there will be no deduction. In such case, new product will be shipped to you at no additional cost. The damaged merchandise must be returned.
Return Instructions
Step 1: Contact Customer Service at help@wellnessbell.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping label. (Please allow 2-3 business days.)
Step 2:  Safely pack the bottle(s) in sturdy packaging. Pack bottle(s) tightly, securely cushioned. (WellnessBell is not responsible for breakage or damage during shipment of returned item(s), which must be received unsealed, in new condition.)
Step 3: Clearly write/print (large font) the RMA on paper you enclose in your package with the bottle(s).
Step 4. Print and securely affix the return shipping label.
Step 5: Send the securely sealed package via USPS.
